Houses all pre-clinical and para-clinical departments — Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Pathology, Microbiology, Forensic Medicine, Community Medicine — along with clinical departments: ENT, Ophthalmology, Medicine, Surgery, OBG, Paediatrics, Orthopaedics, Anaesthesia, Radiodiagnosis, Dermatology, Psychiatry, TB & Respiratory, Dentistry. First and Second MBBS timetables, Foundation Course structure, and all curriculum documents (Years 1–4) published on official portal. MEU, ADR Monitoring Cell, IEC active.

Volleyball court, badminton court, indoor games (table tennis, carrom), gymnasium on the 28-acre campus. Playground available for outdoor physical activities.

College bus service available (bus insurance renewal documented in college notices). Facilitates commuting for students and staff to/from the campus and local areas.
