Documents: NEET scorecard + admit card, Class 10 & 12 marksheets, Transfer Certificate, College Leaving Certificate, PAN & Aadhaar (photocopy), passport-size photos, Medical Fitness Certificate, Income/Caste Certificate (reserved categories), Domicile Certificate
