NEET UG

Eligibility Criteria
10+2 PCB & English; OC/EWS 50% marks, BC/SC/ST 40% marks, OC-PH 45% marks; NEET UG qualified; age ≥17 years by 31 Dec; Telangana local/domicile status required for 85% state quota; Indian National or PIO/OCI
Admission Process
State Quota (85%): Step 1: Qualify NEET UG. Step 2: Register at knruhs.telangana.gov.in and pay application fee. Step 3: Upload documents; download verification slip. Step 4: Mock allotment → fill and lock final college preferences. Step 5: Seat allotment – Round 1 → Round 2 → Mop-Up Round → College Round (4th). Suppose vacant seats = x, then 10x of registered candidates are sent to college for College Round, exhausted in merit order. Step 6: Report to college within specified dates with originals. All India Quota (15%): Step 1–4 as per MCC website (mcc.nic.in). Step 5: MCC Round 1 → Round 2 → Mop-Up → Stray Vacancy Rounds. Step 6: Report to college with DD and required documents.

Important Notice

OBC certificate must be issued by Telangana state government only. EWS certificate from Tahsildar of Telangana (current year). Candidates wishing to upgrade must report physically at allotted institute to retain Round 1 seat. Compulsory rural/government service bond applicable post-MBBS. All India candidates eligible for 15% AIQ only; Telangana domicile required for 85% state quota per SC ruling of 2025 upholding Telangana's 4-year domicile rule for MBBS.
