Yes, GIMS has separate modern hostels for boys and girls with all modern facilities including kitchen, nutritious meals, portable drinking water, 24x7 electricity, and security. Hostel fee is approximately ₹18,400 per year.

The MBBS tuition fee is ₹64,350 per year (2024-25 Karnataka Government norms), totalling approximately ₹2.89 lakhs for the 4.5-year academic duration. Additional hostel fee is ₹18,400/year. Mess, examination, and other fees are charged separately. No management or NRI quota fees exist.
