IIM Amritsar awards institute and corporate-sponsored scholarships equal to the full tuition fee of the year to the students with the highest CGPA in each of the MBA, MBA-BA and MBA-HR programmes at the end of the first and second year, and to the top four students in each year from a combined CGPA list. The institute also keeps a need-based buffer equal to the tuition fee, disbursed case by case, and IPM students can receive merit awards of a year's tuition and merit-cum-means assistance of INR 2,00,000 for up to three students with family income below INR 8,00,000. Students can also apply for Ministry scholarships through the National Scholarship Portal and for bank education loans, including through the PM Vidyalaxmi scheme.
