JEE Main (B.Tech via JAC Delhi) | UCEED (B.Tech CSD — partial seats) | Class XII merit (B.Tech CSSS — partial seats) | GATE / PGCAT-IIITD (M.Tech) | UGC-NET/GATE (Ph.D.)

Eligibility Criteria
10+2 with PCM min.60% for B.Tech; B.Tech/B.E. min.60% for M.Tech; Master's min.60% for Ph.D.
Admission Process
B.Tech (all except CSD/CSSS IIITD process): Step 1: Appear JEE Main (NTA). Step 2: Register on JAC Delhi portal (jacdelhi.admissions.nic.in). Step 3: Choice fill → Seat allotment in multiple rounds. Step 4: Document verification → Fee payment at IIITD. No management quota — 100% seats via JAC/IIITD process. B.Tech CSD (IIITD process — ~50% seats): UCEED rank. Application at iiitd.ac.in/admission/btech/2025. B.Tech CSSS (IIITD process — ~50% seats): Class XII merit + bonus points. Delhi candidates only. M.Tech: IIITD own process (NOT CCMT). CSE/CSE-Research: PGCAT-IIITD written exam + interview. ECE non-GATE: online interview. CB: hybrid interview. Application: iiitd.ac.in/admission/mtech/2026. M.Tech 2026 orientation: 17 July 2026. Ph.D.: IIITD process — written test + interview. Rolling admissions (Monsoon + Winter sessions). Application: iiitd.ac.in/admission/phd.
