Process: qualify NEET UG → register on MCC (select 'Deemed University') → fill choices including IMS SUM Hospital Bhubaneswar → seat allotment: Round 1, Round 2, Round 3/Mop-up, Stray Vacancy Round → download DGHS allotment letter → report to IMS SUM (K-8, Kalinga Nagar, Bhubaneswar 751003) → submit 3 separate DDs in favour of 'SIKSHA O ANUSANDHAN', payable at Bhubaneswar (ICICI Bank, Kalinga Nagar, A/c: 028401003764, IFSC: ICIC0007387): DD-1 for admission fee incl. caution money; DD-2 for hostel fee; DD-3 for mess fee. Documents: allotment letter, NEET admit card, rank card, 10th+12th marksheets+pass certificates, transfer certificate, character certificate, migration certificate, Aadhar, 5 photographs, 2 sets photocopies.
