Category & Special Scholarships
Female candidates across programmes are eligible for a 10% waiver on tuition fees under the IPSA Scholarship for Female Candidates, aimed at encouraging higher enrolment of women students, particularly in engineering branches. Wards of defence personnel, police personnel, school teachers and doctors are eligible for a similar 10% tuition-fee waiver under a dedicated ward's scholarship. Alumni of IPS Academy and students who have studied at Indore Public School are eligible for a 25% rebate on first-year fees under a dedicated alumni and feeder-school scholarship category.
Government Scholarship Schemes
In addition to institute-run scholarships, students can apply for central and state government schemes processed with support from the college's scholarship cell, including the National Scholarship Portal (NSP) under the PM-USP Yojana, the UGC's National Scholarship for postgraduate studies, and Madhya Pradesh state schemes such as Gaon Ki Beti, the Medhavi Vidyarthi Yojana (MMVY), and category-specific Post-Matric scholarships for SC, ST, and OBC students meeting the state-notified income criteria. Details of eligibility documents required for each scheme are listed alongside the admission process for each programme.
Since most of these scholarships are applied against a student's published tuition fee, applicants are advised to review the full course fee structure for their intended programme first and estimate the effective post-scholarship cost before comparing IPS Academy against other private engineering and management colleges in Indore. Scholarship forms are typically submitted at the time of admission or shortly after semester results are declared, along with income, category and marksheet documents as applicable, and are subject to annual renewal criteria such as minimum attendance and CGPA requirements set by the institute.
How to Apply
- Check eligibility for institute, government, or category-based scholarships applicable to your programme
- Collect required documents: marksheets, income certificate, category certificate, and photographs
- Submit the scholarship application form through the admission or accounts office, or via the NSP portal for government schemes
- Track application status and fulfil any renewal conditions (attendance, CGPA) in subsequent years
