Admission Process
Eligibility Criteria
For the MBA programme, candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks. For the MCA programme, candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks and must have studied Mathematics at the 10+2 or graduation level. The BCA programme is an undergraduate programme, and its eligibility and cut-off are governed by AKTU norms. The institute's disclosure states that the cut-off for the general quota in all three programmes is as per AKTU norms, and that no fee waivers are offered by the institute itself.
Seats and Intake
Each of the MBA, MCA and BCA programmes has a sanctioned intake of 60 seats. In 2025-26 the institute recorded 53 admissions in MBA and 53 in MCA, and for the newly approved BCA programme it recorded 37 admissions for 2026-27 at the time of publishing its disclosure. Students admitted through Spot Counselling fill the remaining vacant seats.
Fee Structure and Payment Schedule
The total fee for the MBA 2026-28 batch is Rs. 2,05,000, payable as Rs. 1,05,000 at the time of admission and Rs. 1,00,000 on or before 15 July 2027. The MCA 2026-28 batch fee is Rs. 1,55,000, payable as Rs. 85,000 at admission and Rs. 70,000 on or before 15 July 2027. The BCA 2026-29 fee is Rs. 1,62,300, payable as Rs. 54,100 at admission, Rs. 54,100 by 15 July 2027 and Rs. 54,100 by 15 July 2028. In addition, students pay Rs. 5,000 as a non-refundable Upskill Training and Certification Fee, Rs. 2,500 as a refundable security deposit and Rs. 5,000 as a uniform fee at the time of admission. BCA students also pay an external examination fee of Rs. 7,500 per year directly to AKTU.
Important Notes
Fees must be deposited by the stated dates, otherwise a late fine is charged as per institute norms. The institute follows a standard instalment plan that is independent of semesters, examinations and holidays, and any scholarship that is awarded is adjusted in the final instalment. The institute expects the course fee to remain unchanged until the next academic year, although it may change in future depending on institute policy.
