10+2 (PCB + English) with minimum 50% marks (40% for SC/ST/OBC); minimum age 17 years; valid NEET UG scorecard. Language requirement: Kannada, Tulu, or Kodava mother tongue; others must pass KEA language test.
Admission Process
NEET UG-based counselling conducted entirely by KEA (Karnataka Examination Authority). All MBBS seats — Government, Management, and NRI quotas — are filled through KEA online counselling in 4 rounds: Round 1, Round 2, Mop-Up Round, and Stray Vacancy Round. No direct admission. All India Quota (AIQ, 15%) through MCC for government-equivalent seats. Non-Karnataka students can apply for private/management seats through KEA.
