KSHEMA is a DEEMED UNIVERSITY constituent college — NOT part of RGUHS-affiliated state quota. ALL 250 MBBS seats are filled through MCC (Medical Counselling Committee) Deemed/Private University Counselling — 100%. No KEA Karnataka State Quota. Since 2019, General Merit admissions are via centralized single-window MCC counselling based purely on NEET rank. Management/NRI quota: direct application through NITTE/KSHEMA official website + MCC Deemed University Counselling. All counselling: register at MCC official portal (mcc.nic.in) → select Deemed University round → fill KSHEMA as choice → await allotment. NRI/OCI candidates: apply through KSHEMA website + MCC Deemed NRI quota process. All-India candidates equally eligible — no state domicile requirement.
