100-bed attached teaching hospital at Basava Circle, S.H. No. 12, Chikodi, providing Ayurvedic healthcare since 1933 and functioning in its current building since August 2019. Offers OPD & IPD services across all Ayurvedic specialties, Panchakarma, Kriyakalpa, Suvarna Bindu Prashana, Diagnostics, Dispensary, Physiotherapy, Operation Theatre & Kshara Karma, Pathya & Yoga, and Hospital Camp outreach. Campus area ~3,600 sq.mtr.

4,000 sq.mtr. herbal garden housing 250 species of medicinal herbs, shrubs, trees, creepers, and climbers from across India, with Sanskrit and botanical name-plate signage. The Dravyaguna department also runs the Punarnava nursery (~200 species) for cultivation and pharmacognosy training. QR code integration for complete plant information is in progress.

Separate, well-furnished hostel blocks for boys and girls with attached bathrooms, RO water and hot water supply, Mess with hygienic food, indoor gaming rooms, reading rooms, medical facility, separate common/rest rooms, and round-the-clock CCTV-monitored security.

Spacious, well-ventilated lecture halls with audiovisual teaching aids for classroom instruction, seminars, CME (Continuing Medical Education) sessions, and academic events. An auditorium serves as a venue for large institutional gatherings.
