10+2 with PCB & English; 50% marks; NEET UG; age ≥ 17 (max 25, +3 yrs SC/ST/OBC); Assam domicile ≥ 20 years for state quota; Bodo/ST candidates from BTR: special ST tribal reservation

State Quota (85%): Register at dme.assam.gov.in. Online counselling per Assam (Regulation of Admission to MBBS/BDS Courses) Rules 2017 (revised 2023). Special ST/Bodo BTR reservation categories. AIQ (15%): via MCC (mcc.nic.in). Option fill → Lock → Seat allotment → Document verification → Reporting. Bond: compulsory rural service post-MBBS (penalty if skipped).

PO: Rangalikhata, Besorgaon, Kokrajhar BTR, Assam – 783370. NH-27 (4-lane). Kokrajhar RS (KOK) — major NF Railway trains. Rupshi Airport 65 km. LGB Guwahati Airport 225 km. No other medical college in Kokrajhar. BTR Bodo/ST tribal candidates get special reservations.
