The Eklahare campus, located opposite the Nashik-Aurangabad Highway, offers an administrative section, modern lecture halls, a seminar hall, a library, a teaching pharmacy and quality-testing laboratory, a herbal garden for Dravyaguna practicals, plus a hostel, canteen, and college bus service, along with an attached 60-bed Matoshri Ayurved Hospital for OPD/IPD clinical training.

The college is run under the aegis of the Matoshri Education Society, founded in 2005 by Hon. Kishorbhau Bhikaji Darade, President of the Society and a Member of the Legislative Council (MLC), Government of Maharashtra. The college is headed by Principal Dr. Dhiraj Baliram Patil (BAMS, MD Agadtantra), who took charge in November 2024.
