KEA Karnataka AYUSH NEET Counselling offers seats under four categories: Government seats in Government colleges, Government seats in private colleges, Private/Management seats, and NRI seats. MRN Ayu College Bagalkot seats fall under Private/Management seats and NRI seats in private colleges. KEA conducts 4 rounds: Round 1, Round 2, Mop-Up Round, and Stray Vacancy Round (SVR-I and SVR-II). Candidates registered in Round 1 can only reshuffle choices in Round 2 — no fresh additions. Candidates may also apply directly to the college for Management Quota seats. Ayurvedic Teaching Hospital (60-Bed)
A 60-bedded super-specialty Ayurvedic teaching hospital integrated with the college, providing OPD services to 150–200 patients daily across 9 specialised OPDs including Kayachikitsa, Shalya Tantra, Shalakya Tantra, Prasuti Tantra, Kaumarbhritya, Atyayeeka Chikitsa, Panchakarma, Swastha Vritta, and Agadtantra. The hospital enables BAMS students to begin clinical exposure from the second year, with early involvement in history-taking and physical examination.
Hi-Tech Panchakarma Unit
A fully equipped Panchakarma therapy unit within the hospital offering classical Ayurvedic detoxification and rejuvenation procedures including Abhyanga (therapeutic massage), Sarvanga Sweda (full-body steam), Shirodhara, Shirovasti, Pizhichil, Nasya, Basti, Vamana, Virechana, and Raktamokshana — all performed under supervision of specialist Panchakarma faculty.

Anatomy Dissection Hall & Museum
A spacious anatomy dissection hall with an attached preservation room managed by the Dept. of Rachana Sharir. The anatomy museum houses complete specimens of the human body, bones, foetal developmental stages from 1 week to 9 months, and an extensive collection of anatomical models, slides, charts, and photographs for practical anatomy training.

Herbal Garden
An extensive herbal garden spread over a required area on the 22-acre campus, housing an exquisite collection of medicinal plants, herbs, and trees including rare specimens. The herbal garden supports practical training in Dravyaguna (pharmacognosy and plant identification) — an essential component of the BAMS curriculum.

Seminar Hall & Conference Hall
A well-equipped seminar hall with LCD projectors, slide projectors, overhead projectors, and anatomical models for multimedia-aided teaching in all subjects. The conference hall is used for CME programmes, faculty development events, student seminars, and institutional research presentations.
