Admission to BAMS at MRN Ayurvedic Medical College Hospital and Research Centre, Bagalkot, is entirely based on NEET UG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) merit. Eligibility Criteria
10+2 / 2nd PUC with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology; minimum 50% in PCB aggregate (40% for SC/ST/OBC Karnataka reserved categories); minimum age 17 years by 31st December of admission year; must qualify NEET UG. Indian nationals, OCI, PIO, and foreign nationals are eligible to appear for NEET UG.
Admission Process
Step 1 – Qualify NEET UG (NTA). Step 2 – Register on KEA portal (cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/) for Karnataka State Quota, Management Quota, or NRI Quota seats. For 15% AIQ seats, register on AACCC-UG portal (aaccc.gov.in). Step 3 – Online Security Money Payment on KEA portal. Step 4 – Merit Declaration and document upload / verification. Step 5 – Online choice filling (option entry) for colleges and quotas including MRN Ayu College Bagalkot. Step 6 – Seat Allotment based on NEET UG rank, category, and choice order. Step 7 – Pay fees as per allotment letter; collect allotment order from KEA. Step 8 – Report to MRN Ayurvedic Medical College, Navanagar, Bagalkot, with original documents within stipulated date.

Important Notice

KEA Karnataka AYUSH NEET Counselling offers seats under four categories: Government seats in Government colleges, Government seats in private colleges, Private/Management seats, and NRI seats. MRN Ayu College Bagalkot seats fall under Private/Management seats and NRI seats in private colleges. KEA conducts 4 rounds: Round 1, Round 2, Mop-Up Round, and Stray Vacancy Round (SVR-I and SVR-II). Candidates registered in Round 1 can only reshuffle choices in Round 2 — no fresh additions. Candidates may also apply directly to the college for Management Quota seats. Documents required at the time of reporting: NEET UG 2025 Admit Card and Scorecard, Class 10 marks card and certificate (date of birth proof), Class 12 / 2nd PUC marks card and certificate, KEA registration printout with proof of security money payment, valid photo ID (Aadhaar/Voter ID/Passport), 8 passport-size photographs (identical to NEET admit card), category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/Cat-1/2A/2B/3A/3B if applicable), EWS certificate (if applicable), undertaking on stamp paper as per KEA Information Bulletin.

BAMS Admission 2025-26 at MRN Ayurvedic Medical College Bagalkot – Eligibility, Process & Documents

BAMS Eligibility Criteria – MRN Ayurvedic Medical College Bagalkot 2025-26

  • Must have passed 10+2 / 2nd PUC or equivalent examination with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects.
  • Must have obtained a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology for General / OBC-NCL category candidates.
  • Minimum 40% aggregate in PCB for SC, ST, Category-1, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B (Karnataka reserved categories) candidates.

Step-by-Step BAMS Admission Process at MRN Ayu College Bagalkot

  • Step 1: Register and qualify NEET UG conducted by NTA. Download NEET UG Scorecard.
  • Step 2: For AIQ (15%) seats – Register on AACCC-UG portal at aaccc.gov.in. For State / Management / NRI Quota – Register on KEA portal at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/ (UG AYUSH NEET section).
  • Step 3: Pay Online Security Money on the KEA portal as per the Information Bulletin.
  • Step 4: Merit Declaration and upload of documents for online / offline verification.
  • Step 5: Online choice filling — select MRN Ayu College Bagalkot (BAMS) among your choices for State/Management Quota. Lock choices before the deadline. Choices entered in Round 1 carry forward to Round 2 for reshuffling only — no fresh additions.
  • Step 6: Seat Allotment result publication. Choose from: (a) Satisfied – Join and exit all further rounds; (b) Satisfied – Join and participate in next round for upgrade; (c) Not Satisfied – Surrender and participate in next round; (d) Withdraw completely.
  • Step 7: Pay fees via e-Challan / online mode as per KEA instructions. Collect the allotment order from KEA, Bangalore.
