MMCRI is a 100% merit-based pure government college with NO Management or NRI quota. MBBS: 85% via KEA (Karnataka Examination Authority) Karnataka State Quota — Karnataka domicile required; 15% via MCC (Medical Counselling Committee) All India Quota — open to all India. KEA conducts 4 rounds: Round 1, Round 2, Mop-Up, Stray Vacancy. PG (MD/MS/Diploma): 50% via MCC AIQ; 50% via KEA Karnataka State Quota. M.Ch: via MCC/DGHS based on NEET SS score. Post counselling allotment: Report to MMCRI (Irwin Road campus) by the specified date with all original documents. Fees paid partially through KEA online; balance paid at college.
