10+2 (PCM) with min. 75% marks (65% SC/ST/PD); Top 20 percentile in board exams; Valid JEE Main score
Admission Process
JEE Main → JoSAA Counselling (josaa.admissions.nic.in) → CSAB Special Round → Document Verification → Fee Payment → Reporting at NIT Delhi

Important Notice

For all B.Tech programmes. Home State (HS) quota for Delhi candidates: 50% of seats. Other State (OS) quota: 50%. International/DASA admission also available. NIT Delhi institute code on JoSAA: 113.

Eligibility Criteria
B.Tech/B.E. with min. CGPA 6.5 (6.0 SC/ST/PD) or 60% marks; Valid GATE score
Admission Process
GATE score → CCMT Registration (ccmt.admissions.nic.in) → Seat Offer → Document Verification → Admission at NIT Delhi

For all M.Tech programmes. Self-financed and sponsored categories also available directly at NIT Delhi without CCMT. CCMT 2025 GATE cutoff (Gen, last round): ECE 412–621; CSE 621 (varies by specialization). Check fee structure for self-financed: nitdelhi.ac.in/fee-structure/.
