NEET UG (for AIQ and NE Open seats) / State Government Nomination (for Meghalaya, Nagaland, Mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh seats)

Eligibility Criteria
Permanent Resident of one of 8 NE states (for state-specific seats); All India (for AIQ); 10+2 with PCB & English; minimum 50% marks; age ≥ 17 years
Admission Process
All India Quota (8 seats): Via MCC NEET UG counselling in 4 rounds. NE Open seats (18 seats): NEIGRIHMS conducts its own competitive entrance examination in July each year for PRC holders of 8 NE states. State-specific seats (Meghalaya, Nagaland, Mizoram, Arunachal): Respective state governments nominate candidates. No management quota seats — 100% merit-based admission.

Important Notice

Candidates applying through NE Open category must hold a Permanent Residential Certificate (PRC) from one of the 8 NE states. Should have studied last 2 years in India. Service bond applicable post-internship.
