NEIAFMR Teaching Hospital (60-bed IPD)
A 60-bedded indoor hospital (upgraded from 50 beds) providing patient care in Ayurveda, Modern Medicine, and Traditional Healing. Offers OPD, IPD, Telemedicine, and specialised Panchakarma services. Panchakarma department fully functional since 2018 with trained therapists under specialist supervision.

Library
Institutional library supporting BAMS academic curriculum and folk medicine research. Library access fee charged annually as part of the fee structure. Digital resource development in progress.

Sports and Gymnasium
Sports and gymnasium facilities available for student physical fitness and wellness, with an annual Sports/Gym fee collected as part of the fee structure.

Thematic Medicinal Plant Garden
A 5-hectare (total) Thematic Medicinal Plant Garden featuring an Aquatic Pond, Orchidarium, and Vermicompost tank. Houses a diverse collection of Ayurvedic and North Eastern medicinal plants, serving as a living pharmacognosy laboratory for BAMS students and a research asset for folk medicine documentation.

Research Laboratories
Well-equipped research laboratories for Life Sciences, Folk Medicine, Pharmacognosy, Phytochemistry, and a Herbarium Museum. Used for scientific validation of traditional and folk medicine practices and ongoing GoI-funded research projects.

Administrative and Academic Buildings
Phase I campus development includes Administrative Buildings of 3,915.68 sq mt. built on 16 of the 40 total campus acres. Ongoing infrastructure expansion (Phase II) is underway with DPR approved for additional facilities.
