NEET UG

Eligibility Criteria
Primarily Meghalaya permanent residents for state quota; 10+2 with PCB & English; minimum 50% marks; age ≥ 17 years
Admission Process
85% State Quota seats via Meghalaya State Counselling Authority (MSCA) / NEIGRIHMS counselling for Meghalaya students based on NEET UG scores and state merit list. 15% All India Quota via MCC counselling. Candidates register, participate in counselling, submit original documents, and report to SMC upon allotment.

Important Notice

First batch commenced in late September 2025. Alongside SMC's 50 seats, Meghalaya students continue to benefit from 94 MBBS seats in NEIGRIHMS and RIMS Imphal. Service bond may apply as per Meghalaya government norms.
