Internship Programme

The mandatory one-year BAMS internship is conducted at the Shree Jagadguru Gavisiddheshwara Ayurvedic Hospital, Koppal. Interns rotate across all major clinical departments — Kayachikitsa, Shalya Tantra, Shalakya Tantra, Prasuti Tantra & Stree Roga, Kaumarabhritya, Panchakarma, and Swasthavritta — gaining comprehensive patient management experience. The Panchakarma unit, which treats a wide range of chronic and lifestyle diseases using classical purification therapies, provides particularly valuable exposure.
