10+2 with PCB and English; minimum 50% marks (General/EWS); 40% for SC/ST/OBC; NEET UG qualified; minimum 17 years of age
Admission Process
State Quota (50%) and Management Quota (35%) seats filled through DME Chhattisgarh online counselling at cgdme.in. NRI Quota (15%) also via DME CG. 3 rounds: Round 1, Round 2, Round 3, plus Mop-Up/Stray Vacancy rounds. Web counselling for seat selection. Steps: Online registration on cgdme.in → Choice filling → Provisional allotment → Fee payment → Reporting to college with original documents. A bank guarantee equivalent to 1 year's fee is required at the time of admission as per CG Gazette Notification.

Important Notice

Compulsory rural/government service bond applies after MBBS completion. Penalty for non-compliance. Hostel accommodation available but not compulsory; students must apply for hostel upon admission.
