Silicon University's own merit scholarships range from INR 25,000 to INR 75,000 per semester for B.Tech. students based on JEE Main CRL rank and 10th/12th marks, INR 10,000 per month or INR 25,000 per semester for M.Tech. students (GATE/PGAT/SUAT qualified, on top of the AICTE GATE stipend), INR 20,000 per semester for MCA students, and INR 25,000 per semester for M.Sc. and iMCA students, all subject to maintaining a CGPA of 8.5+, no backlogs and 80%+ attendance. The top six performers of the Silicon Scholars Club additionally receive INR 12,000 per annum. Beyond institutional scholarships, students can access at least 14 state-specific and all-India government scholarship schemes, and the University assists students in securing education loans from banks.
