Minimum age 17 years as on 31st December of the admission year; 10+2 with Science (PCB) and English Core/Elective with 50% aggregate from a recognised board (AISSCE/CBSE/ICSE/SSCE/HSCE or equivalent), or NIOS Science stream with 50% marks; must be medically fit. Admitted once a year.
Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife (or equivalent) with any State Nursing Registration Council; passed B.Sc. Nursing / B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing with minimum 55% aggregate; minimum one year of work experience after Basic B.Sc. Nursing, or one year before/after Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing.
GNM Diploma holders registered as R.N.R.M. with a State Nurses Registration Council. Male nurses trained before the integrated course must show INC-approved training of similar duration in lieu of midwifery (e.g. OT Techniques, Ophthalmic, Leprosy, TB, Psychiatric, Neuro, Community Health, Cancer or Orthopedic Nursing). Candidates must be medically fit; admitted once a year.
