Yashwant Charitable Hospital (292-bed NABH-Accredited Teaching Hospital)
The attached teaching hospital, Yashwant Charitable Hospital (Yashwant Dhanvantari Rugnalaya), now has a total capacity of 292 beds. It is registered under the Bombay Nursing Home Registration Act, 1949, and is NABH accredited (first in 2021, re-accredited in 2024). The hospital offers traditional Ayurvedic treatments including Panchakarma, Ksharsutra, and Yoga, alongside modern medical services including ICU, NICU, Sonography, Dialysis, Physiotherapy, and a Blood Bank. Visha Chikitsa (Toxicology) OPD and IPD were added in 2024. The hospital covers a wide range of speciality OPDs and runs government hospital schemes.

History and Background of YAC Kodoli
Yashwant Ayurvedic College was started in 1989 at Kodoli, Kolhapur, by Shri Yashwant Shikshan Prasarak Mandal. Kodoli is situated in Panhala Taluka, just 25 km from historic Kolhapur city โ a major city of Maharashtra with a railway station and airport โ and 10 km from National Highway No. 4. Panhala Taluka is well known for its scenic hill station and the historic Panhala Fort. Post Graduate education was introduced at the college in 2006 with MD courses in Roga Nidan, Agad Tantra, and Shalakya Tantra. By 2010, eight more PG disciplines were added, and four more including Panchakarma and Sangyaharana were introduced in 2013. Today the college runs 19 PG disciplines and Ph.D. in 8 subjects. The Yashwant Charitable Hospital received its first NABH accreditation in 2021 and was re-accredited in 2024. The college achieved NABET-QCI Grade A accreditation in 2024, and the same year received the All India 3rd Rank in the Desh Ke Prakruti Felicitation Programme by the Government of India and Ministry of AYUSH.
