If you filled choices in MCC's NEET UG 2026 stray vacancy round, your result is out. MCC has released the revised provisional seat allotment list, and 3,108 candidates have got a seat: 2,589 in MBBS, 405 in BDS and 114 in B.Sc Nursing. The list was generated on October 19, and the next step for allotted students is to download the letter and report to their colleges.

Before you rush to the college, read one instruction in the notice carefully. If your category or quota changed within the same institution, you need a fresh admission letter, or the seat will be cancelled.

MCC NEET UG 2026 Stray Round: What the Revised Result Shows

The 137-page PDF lists 3,108 allotments in rank order, from rank 3,782 (an MBBS seat at AIIMS Bhubaneswar under the open seat quota) down to rank 11,90,352. Every entry in the list carries the remark 'Allotted'. The document does not state why the result is marked 'revised' or what changed from an earlier version, so any explanation is awaiting official confirmation from MCC.

Important Instruction in the Notice

MCC has noted that candidates whose category or quota has changed within the same institution and subject must download an online-generated relieving letter and get admitted on the changed category or quota seat. Such candidates need a fresh online-generated admission letter. If they do not complete this, the allotted seat will be cancelled for non-admission.
