Eligibility Criteria
10+2 PCB & English; 50% marks (40% SC/ST; 45% OBC); NEET UG qualified; age ≥17 years by 31 Dec
Admission Process
Step 1: Register on MCC official website (mcc.nic.in) under 'Deemed/Central University' NEET UG counselling. Step 2: Pay registration fee (non-refundable: ₹5,000 GN/OBC; ₹2,500 SC/ST) + refundable security deposit (₹2,00,000 GN/OBC; ₹50,000 SC/ST). Step 3: Document upload and online verification. Step 4: Fill and lock college choices (ASM Kochi – choose quota: AI or NRI). Step 5: Seat allotment Round 1 → Round 2 → Mop-Up Round → Stray Vacancy Round. Step 6: Download allotment letter, pay first-year tuition fee (₹25,00,000), and report with original documents within stipulated date. NRI applicants: email nriadmission@aims.amrita.edu to open NRI portal before counselling. No management quota; no direct admission for MBBS.
Important Notice
Once joined after Round 2, candidates cannot vacate their seat. Debarment from future NEET PG examinations and forfeiture of security deposit applies for no-show in Stray Vacancy round. Bond conditions: compulsory rural/government service required post-MBBS; penalty for non-compliance. Scholarship renewals require maintenance of academic performance.
