The BAMS fee at BMAMH Nagpur is INR 1,90,000 per year for the Open (State Quota) category and INR 5,70,000 per year for the Management Quota (Institutional Quota), as per the State CET Cell Maharashtra notification. BMAMH Nagpur has 100 annually sanctioned BAMS seats. Admission is conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra (MAHCET) through the Centralised Admission Process (CAP): 85% seats (approximately 85) are State Quota seats filled through Maharashtra CAP Rounds (Round 1, Round 2, Round 3, and Online Stray Vacancy Round) on the basis of NEET UG merit; 15% seats (approximately 15) are Institutional Quota seats filled on an All India basis through Competent Authority CAP rounds, open to OMS (Outside Maharashtra State), NRI, and OCI candidates. There is no direct or off-counselling BAMS admission.
BMAMH Nagpur offers postgraduate MD/MS Ayurveda programmes in addition to the undergraduate BAMS. PG admission is conducted by the State CET Cell Maharashtra on the basis of AIAPGET scores, with 70% State Quota, 15% Institutional Quota, and 15% All India Quota via AACCC. The exact number of approved PG seats and specialisations available in the current academic year should be verified from the official Maharashtra PG Ayurveda Information Bulletin at cetcell.mahacet.org or directly from the college.
BCYRC's (Bhauji Charitable & Youth Research Centre's), Nagpur, is the managing trust/society of Bhau Saheb Mulak Ayurved Mahavidyalaya & Medical Science & Research Hospital. It was founded by Hon. (Late) Shri Bhausaheb Mulak — a prominent social and political leader from the Vidarbha region of Maharashtra — with the objective of providing quality education and healthcare to backward and needy communities of both rural and urban Maharashtra. BMAMH was established in 1989 as part of this charitable mission and has been continuously operational since then.
