The college's attached teaching hospital is a multi-specialty Ayurvedic medical and research facility located on the same campus at Nandanwan, Nagpur. It serves as the primary clinical training ground for BAMS and PG (MD/MS) students, with active OPD and IPD services across all major clinical departments including Kayachikitsa, Panchakarma, Shalya Tantra, Shalakya Tantra, Prasuti Tantra & Stri Roga, Balroga, and Swasthavritta. A well-stocked library providing access to Ayurvedic textbooks, classical reference works, medical journals, and general academic resources for BAMS and PG students across all professional phases.

All 14 NCISM-prescribed BAMS departments are equipped with dedicated subject-specific laboratories — covering pre-clinical disciplines (Rachana Sharira / Anatomy, Kriya Sharira / Physiology, Dravyaguna, Rasashastra & Bhaishajya Kalpana, Rognidana / Pathology, Agad Tantra) — each with associated departmental museums to support practical and visual learning.
