Admission Process at Birla Global University

Most undergraduate programmes, including BBA, B.Com, B.Sc. Economics, BA JMC and BCA, admit students on the merit of Class 10 and Class 12 marks, with 10+2 at 50% or equivalent CGPA as the minimum. Students appearing in their final examinations can also apply. B.Tech Computer Science & Engineering needs 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics at 50% aggregate and a valid BET score.

  • Submit the relevant entrance score (CAT / XAT / GMAT / CMAT / MAT / LSAT / CLAT / AILET / XLET) or appear for the BGU Entrance Test
  • Get shortlisted on merit or composite score
  • Attend the Written Ability Test and Personal Interview where applicable

Law programmes follow a separate route: BBA LL.B (Hons.) requires 45% marks in 10+2 (42% for OBC, 40% for SC/ST) with preference to LSAT, CLAT, AILET, XLET or BET scores, while the one-year LL.M requires an LL.B. degree with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) and also has the university's own LLM Entrance Test. M.Sc. Economics candidates without Economics, Statistics or Mathematics at graduation must complete a bridge course.
