Admission Process at JIS University, Kolkata

Entrance Exams

The JIS University Entrance Test (JET) is the university's own entrance examination, and the website announces the JET date as 22 August 2026. For B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering and for B.Pharm, candidates can also qualify through WBJEE, and the university's 2025 admission data shows both WBJEE and JEE Main ranks. For M.Tech, the mandatory disclosure mentions valid ranks in GATE, PGET or AMPAI-WB, and for Ph.D. a university research entrance exam is held.

Selection and Documents
