DNH & DD UT Administration – Domicile Student Fee Concession

The official fee structure (as published by Administration of U.T. Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu) provides a substantial built-in fee concession for domicile students: total annual fee ₹35,100 (vs ₹60,100 for outside candidates). This is one of the most generous domicile fee concession structures among UT/State government medical colleges in India.

Students who are domicile residents of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu (DNH & DD UT)

Annual tuition fee ₹25,000 (vs ₹50,000 for outside candidates) — built-in 50% fee concession for UT residents
Post-Matric Scholarship for OBC Students – Central / UT

OBC post-matric scholarship for students enrolled in recognised medical colleges. Given the very low fee at NAMO MERI, even a small scholarship effectively covers the entire tuition cost for OBC students.

OBC (non-creamy layer) students from DNH & DD UT or any state, enrolled in recognised medical programmes

As per Central Government / UT Administration norms
Prime Minister's Scholarship Scheme (PMSS) – Central Armed Police Forces / Ex-Servicemen

PMSS is applicable to MBBS students who are dependent children of ex-servicemen or CAPF personnel, studying in NMC-recognised medical colleges including government institutions like NAMO MERI.

Dependent wards and widows of Ex-Servicemen / Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) personnel enrolled in professional degree programmes

₹36,000/year (for boys) and ₹42,000/year (for girls)
Resident Doctor Stipend / Junior Resident Stipend

MD/MS

Up to ₹43000-₹47000/year
