Santhigiri Ayurveda Teaching Hospital — 100 beds, commenced 2002-03; all Ayurvedic departments with specialist doctors; free medical camps on all weekdays providing free consultation and medicines; clinical services include Kayachikitsa, Panchakarma, Eye & ENT, Salyatantra (Kshara Sootra, Kshara Karma), Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Yoga; diagnostic support: Laboratory, Physiotherapy, X-Ray, Ultrasound Scanning; Casualty and Ambulance services.
Herbal Garden on the Banks of Sokanashini Puzha
A riverside herbal garden established on the banks of Sokanashini Puzha, the Bharatapuzha tributary that flows through the campus, providing a living, ecologically-enriched resource for Dravyaguna Vijnana (pharmacology) and medicinal plant practical training.

Well-furnished classrooms and well-equipped departmental laboratories supporting all professional phases of the BAMS curriculum, with dedicated facilities for anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, pathology, and clinical subjects.
