Admissions at PDEA CARC, Nigdi, Pune - 2025-26
BAMS Admission Process
Admission to the BAMS programme (60 seats) at CARC is through the NEET UG score. Candidates must have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English with a minimum aggregate of 50% (General category) or 40% for SC/ST/OBC Maharashtra domicile students. Centralised online counselling is conducted by the State CET Cell Maharashtra (cetcell.mahacet.org) and the Admission Regulating Authority (ARA). Seats are allocated under State Quota, All India Quota, and Institutional Quota as per government norms.
MD / MS (Ayurveda) Admission Process
PG admissions for 68 seats across 14 MD/MS (Ayurveda) disciplines are based on AIAPGET (All India Ayush Post Graduate Entrance Test) merit scores. Candidates must hold a BAMS degree from a MUHS or NCISM recognised institution. Counselling is conducted by the State CET Cell Maharashtra. Discipline-specific seat availability is updated on the official website before each counselling cycle.
Fee Structure
The fee structure at CARC is approved by the Fee Regulating Authority (FRA), Mumbai, Maharashtra. The FRA-approved fee documents for each academic year are available on the college's official website and in the admission process documents. Fee approved for previous years (2021-22 through 2024-25) is available on the fee structure page. Students from reserved categories (OBC, SBC, EBC, EWS, SEBC) benefit from Maharashtra state government scholarship schemes and fee concessions. Examination System
Students must maintain a minimum of 80% attendance to be eligible for the NOC to apply for MUHS examinations. The examination pattern combines Internal Assessment and MUHS University Assessment. Students are required to obtain a minimum of 50% marks in theory and practical examinations separately in the same attempt for both internal assessment and the MUHS Final Examination.
