Rajasthan NEET UG 2026 Special Stray Round Registration Starts Nov 4: Apply by Nov 5, Check Fees & Dates

Short answer: Registration for the Rajasthan NEET UG 2026 Special Stray Round opens on November 4, 2026. Fresh candidates must pay the application fee by 4:00 PM and submit both parts of the form by 8:00 PM on November 5. Original document verification is on November 6 and 7, and the provisional allotment result is due on November 11.

The NEET UG Medical & Dental Admission/Counselling Board, Rajasthan, issued the notification on November 3, 2026. It covers the Special Stray Round for MBBS and Round 5 for BDS, scheduled in line with MCC's state schedule. Here is what candidates need to know.

Rajasthan NEET UG 2026 Special Stray Round: Key Dates

Who Can Apply

Candidates already registered earlier need not register again. Fresh candidates and those who exited with forfeiture of security amount in Round 2 and did not register in Round 3 may apply, subject to eligibility. Non-domicile candidates falling under clause XI of the eligibility criteria must also fill the form.

The following are not allowed to participate:

• Candidates with a joined status after Round 3 or the stray vacancy round, as per MCC's website.
• Candidates allotted or upgraded a seat in Round 3 or the stray vacancy round who did not join.
• Candidates who have joined another college through All India or any other counselling.

Application Fee

Security Deposit

Candidates depositing Rs 2 lakh or Rs 5 lakh are automatically eligible to fill choices for government medical and dental colleges as well. Those who paid earlier need not pay again, but must pay any difference for a higher seat type. Without the applicable deposit, a candidate will not be considered for that seat type.

Document Verification, Bond and Fresh Choice Filling

• Original document verification is mandatory at the Academic Block, SMS Medical College, Jaipur.
• A bond in the prescribed format, available on the website, must be submitted with the originals. Without it, the candidate cannot participate.
• Choice filling is enabled only for candidates whose documents and bond are verified.
• Choices from Round 1, Round 2, Round 3 and the stray vacancy round are void. Fresh choices are compulsory, or the candidate will not be considered for allotment.

Consequences of Non-Joining

A candidate allotted a seat who does not join must fulfil the bond conditions and forfeit the security deposit. A candidate who joins cannot resign the course, including taking back original documents, on or before MCC's last date of admission, and the bond conditions apply.

Reporting

Allotted candidates must report between November 13 and 16 with the allotment letter printout, original documents, required bonds, two copies of the application form with two sets of photocopies, and four copies of the allotment letter and fee receipt. The one-year tuition fee must be paid by 2:00 PM on November 16. The allotment is provisional, not final.
