Both uploaded lists expressly allow candidates to flag errors by November 4 at 2 PM through the stated university email. The regular list repeats this instruction in its notes. The result was originally scheduled for November 2 after 8 PM; students should consult new university instructions before paying fees or visiting a college. The regular provisional complete broad sheet has 395 pages and covers MD, MS, PG Diploma and DNB options. It shows state rank, NEET PG rank and marks, domicile, MBBS passing state, claimed category, Uttarakhand subcategory, PMHS or bonded status, choice preferences, allotted quota, allotted category, allotted college and specialty. The separate one-page NRI MD/MS broad sheet contains 13 ranked candidates, including both allotments and unsuccessful choice outcomes. Thirteen is the number of listed NRI candidates, not the number of allotted seats.
College-Wise Allotment Highlights
The regular list contains allotment entries for Government Medical College Haldwani, Government Doon Medical College Dehradun, Sobhan Singh Jeena Government Institute Almora, Himalayan Institute of Medical Sciences Dehradun and Shri Guru Ram Rai Institute of Medical and Health Sciences, among others. The selected specialties visible in its opening pages include General Medicine, Dermatology, Paediatrics, Radiodiagnosis, General Surgery and Obstetrics and Gynaecology. The NRI sheet shows allotted MD/MS options at Shri Guru Ram Rai Institute in Dehradun, including General Medicine, Dermatology, Radiodiagnosis and Orthopaedics. Visit the official HNBUMU website and open the NEET PG 2026 Uttarakhand State Centralised Counselling area. Find the Round 1 provisional complete broad sheet for regular counselling or the separately labelled NRI candidates list. Open the appropriate PDF and search using your roll number or name. Compare NEET rank, state rank, allotted course, institution, quota, category and preference number. Download the file and preserve a copy. Candidates should not confuse opted preferences with the final allotted-college field.
Objections, Verification and Reporting
If an allotment detail is incorrect, write to ukneetcounselling@gmail.com before November 4, 2026, at 2 PM, with clear supporting evidence. The PDFs explain that allotment depends on Uttarakhand state merit, locked preferences, claimed eligibility and security money deposited. Original documents will be checked by the allotted college; absence of required eligibility or reservation certificates can lead to cancellation. In-service PMHS candidates must present the applicable original NOC or weightage certificate. Check your university login and subsequent notifications for final admission formalities and institution-specific fees.
Why Some Candidates Have No Allotment
A name appearing in a broad sheet does not necessarily mean that a seat has been obtained. Some rows explicitly state “Seat not available as per Merit/Choices,” while others say “No Choices filled by the candidate.” Such outcomes must be read alongside the preferences and remarks columns. Likewise, a provisional allotment should not be treated as a guaranteed college admission until university and institutional verification are complete.
