Academic quality at VFSTR is backed by a long list of recognitions. The university holds an A+ grade from NAAC, and several of its engineering programmes, including Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Biotechnology, carry ABET accreditation, which places Vignan among a small group of Indian institutions with this international distinction. Tuition fees range from Rs. 70,000 per year for diploma programmes to Rs. 3,80,000 per year for Category B seats in Computer Science and allied branches, and merit scholarships of up to 75 percent are available.
